The NFL’s 2026 regular season starts Wednesday, September 9. Week 1 includes a Sunday night Giants–Cowboys game at MetLife (Sunday, September 13, 8:20 p.m. ET, per NFL.com). The released schedule has the Jets opening on the road at Tennessee that same Sunday, with their first 2026 home date against Green Bay at MetLife later in September.
