What we collect
As a static site, the pages themselves do not require an account. If you only read the HTML files, we do not collect a profile about you.
Once the site is hosted, the hosting provider (for example Cloudflare Pages or Netlify) will automatically process standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, date and time, and the page requested. Those logs are used to operate and secure the site.
If we later add a contact form, newsletter, comments, analytics, or affiliate click tracking, we will update this policy before those tools go live. We do not currently operate an email list or SMS program.
Cookies
The static files as published do not set marketing cookies. A future host or analytics tool might. We will not use non-essential cookies to advertise to anyone under 21, and we will not sell a list of visitors to unlicensed operators.
Affiliate links
Outbound “View official site” links may later include affiliate identifiers so an operator can credit a referral. Those clicks leave ClearWager and are governed by the operator’s privacy policy. Ordinary affiliate reporting is aggregated or last-click conversion data, not your full play history.
Children
This site is for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has contacted us, email the address above and we will delete the correspondence.
Your requests
Depending on your state (including New Jersey), you may have rights to know, delete, or correct personal information we hold. Email the placeholder address once it is live. We will need enough information to find your request and to avoid deleting the wrong person’s data.
